Sprout Cutlets


2 cups green moong sprouts

2 onions, steamed

1-2 garlic cloves, roasted

3/4 cups tomatoes, chopped

Green chilies to taste, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Toor dal


Coconut milk


  1. Mix some toor dal (yellow lentils) that you can powder and keep. This will help the ingredients bind.
  2. Add lentils to some peanuts and coconut milk
  3. Mix in all other listed ingredients
  4. Shape mixture into cutlets and grill on a cast iron pan.
