Pineapple Smoothie


1 cup frozen pineapple

1 banana

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp chia seeds

1/4 cup cauliflower rice

1/4 cup orgain protein powder

1/4 cup chopped dates

1/4 tsp ground flax powder


  1. Blend ingredients together well in a food processor. Add in ice to achieve desired temperature and consistency.
  2. Top with berries, homemade granola and walnuts for a well balanced meal.
