
Ingredients:
Old fashion of steel cut oats
Milk base (coconut, almond or whatever your prefer)
Seeds (chia, hemp, flax, sunflower)
Sweetener (optional) some suggestions include: honey, maple syrup, stevia
Fresh fruit (berries, apples, bananas)
Nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)
Greek yogurt
Spices (nutmeg, cinnamon)
Instructions:
- Layer each of the above ingredients in a mason jar or bowl
- Cover and leave in the refrigerator over night.
- You can eat it cold in the morning or warm it up
