Insurance Policy:
Michigan insurance companies do not accept dietitians in-network. Because of this, I am unable to bill your insurance directly. I can accept HSA or FSA, and I am happy to help you submit a claim if your insurance company covers nutrition visits. If you are in a special circumstance or have more questions, please contact me by email or phone.
Initial Consultation: In this one hour one on one consultation, we will go over an initial assessment health form I send you as soon as you book your appointment with me. We will review your dietary/health/personal habits and come up with 1-2 goals that are specific for you. This initial consult is a great way if you are not sure of a long-term commitment and if you want to make sure your eating habits are on track.
Follow up consultations: These are 30-minute consults where we review the goals we had set on our initial consult, we will discuss about the challenges you might have faced, the strategies that worked well and I will support you and modify goals that will work for you.
