- half a bag of kale, chopped and de-stemmed
- 1 1/2 sweet potatoes, roasted with taco spices at 425 for 20-25 min
- taco spices (for the sweet potato)
- 1 cup farro
- 1 apple
- goat cheese
Massage the kale with balsamic, then add all the prepared toppings. Drizzle some extra balsamic on top.
