
Ingredients:
Multigrain pita chips
Green apples, chopped
Cucumber, sliced
Red bell pepper, finely chopped
Craisins
Peanuts
Cilantro
Lemon Juice
Roasted cumin powder
Rock salt
Dressing:
Greek yogurt
Sea salt
Chili powder
Instructions:
- Layer pita chips on the bottom of a bowl.
- Add in remaining ingredients
- Toss this well with lemon juice, cumin and rock salt
- Beat together dressing ingredients in a separate small bowl
- Top salad with dressing
