
Ingredients
2 onion
6 carrots
6-8 cloves garlic
1 can tomato taste
2 large cans crushed tomato
Italian herbs
Smoked paprika
32oz veggie broth
Instructions:
- Saute onions and garlic partially
- Add garlic for 1-2 mins, then add in the rest of the ingredients
- Bright to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cover
- Cook until carrots are tender, about 25 mins
- Add in cashew cream, (1/2 – 1c raw cashew with equal parts water, blended)
- Stir into the soup until all ingredients are well combined.
