Creamy Tomato Soup


2 onion

6 carrots

6-8 cloves garlic

1 can tomato taste

2 large cans crushed tomato

Italian herbs

Smoked paprika

32oz veggie broth


  1. Saute onions and garlic partially
  2. Add garlic for 1-2 mins, then add in the rest of the ingredients
  3. Bright to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cover
  4. Cook until carrots are tender, about 25 mins
  5. Add in cashew cream, (1/2 – 1c raw cashew with equal parts water, blended)
  6. Stir into the soup until all ingredients are well combined.
  7. Blend soup
