
Ingredients:
1 can whole cranberries in sauce
6-8 dates
1 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp whole cumin seeds/fennel seeds
1 dried red chilli
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Himalayan pink salt to taste
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
Pour oil in the pan and once heated, add your whole cumin/fennel seeds and red whole chili and heat till it splatters
Add the dry cranberries, dates and saute for 2 minutes, add canned cranberries turmeric, salt and chili powder
Add water and maple syrup and let it cook on low heat for ten minutes until it forms a thicker consistency
Add apple cider vinegar and let cook for another 5 minutes
Turn the heat off and sprinkle toasted cumin seed powder on top and mix well
