
Ingredients:
1 banana
3 dates
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao powder
4 ice cubes
200 ml almond milk
1 tsp almond butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Break banana into pieces and add to blender. Add pitted dates to blender. Then, add flaxseed, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cacao powder.
- Add Ice cubes, almond milk and almond butter (optional) to blender.
- Blend well until smooth, serve.
