Chocolate Date Smoothie Recipe


1 banana

3 dates

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cacao powder

4 ice cubes

200 ml almond milk

1 tsp almond butter (optional)


  1. Break banana into pieces and add to blender. Add pitted dates to blender. Then, add flaxseed, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cacao powder.
  2. Add Ice cubes, almond milk and almond butter (optional) to blender.
  3. Blend well until smooth, serve.
