
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs bone marrow from chicken
2 lbs bone with meat attached
4 qts filtered water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
sea salt
carrots
onions
celery
Instructions
- add everything but the salt and vegetables into a crockpot and let the contents sit for one hours. the vinegar will leach the minerals and nutrients out of the bones
- bring the pot to a boil and add the veggies
- turn down the heat and simmer overnight or for 24 hours.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for up to 7 days
