Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen berries

1/2 banana

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1/4 tsp flax powder

1 cup almond milk

Toppings:

1/2 tsp chia seeds

1/2 cup home made granola

Your choice of nuts and dried fruit

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. This will be thicker than a normal smoothie.
  2. Add to a bowl
  3. Top with your desired granola, fruit and nuts
