Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 3 tbsp regular soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat to allow sauce to thicken. Once thick, remove from heat and pour into container to cool.
  2. Place salmon fillets into container with marinade for 15 mins or longer.
  3. Place marinated salmon into air fryer basket skin side down. Brush a thin layer of the marinade on top. Air fry at 400F for 7-9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145F.
  4. Garnish with greens/sesame seeds. Enjoy!
