
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp green onion
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 tbsp regular soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat to allow sauce to thicken. Once thick, remove from heat and pour into container to cool.
- Place salmon fillets into container with marinade for 15 mins or longer.
- Place marinated salmon into air fryer basket skin side down. Brush a thin layer of the marinade on top. Air fry at 400F for 7-9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145F.
- Garnish with greens/sesame seeds. Enjoy!
